Watch The Video For Wizkid, Terri, Spotless & Ceeza Milli’s Track, ‘Soco’
A month ago, Wizkid teamed up with Terri, Spotless and Ceeza Milli on the addictive “Soco” — the lead single off his upcoming Starboy crew EP, Made In Lagos. Now, after teasing his fans for a whole month, the video for the track is finally here.
Produced by NorthBoi, “Soco” is a smooth mid-tempo track that feels very much like an old Wizkid song. On the track, Wizkid invites a beautiful girl to Soco — a dance D’Banj already thought us how to do on “Socor”, his 2005 hit of (almost) the same name.
Following Wizkid’s killer first verse and catchy chorus, Starboy’s newest artist, Terri makes a solid debut on the song’s second verse. He is followed by Spotless and Ceeza Milli, who both do strong work as well, but the song undeniably belongs to Wizkid.
The music video, which was directed by Clarence Peters, is expectedly vibrant and energetic. Filled with solid dancers in colourful outfits, the clip serves its main purpose well enough: introducing us to Terri and Spotless, the newest stars of Wizkid’s label.
