2017 has been a really exciting year for Nigeria music. It not only topped last year thanks to the sheer amount of jams we had in circulation, it also managed to produce some of the most exciting young talents our music industry has seen in quite some time.

While industry heavyweights like Davido, Tiwa Savage and Wizkid blessed us with songs we’ll be playing well into next year, newcomers like Nonso Amadi, Odunsi The Engine and Teni The Entertainer proved to us the industry has more to offer than afropop.
