Listen To Waje & Yemi Alade Team Up On New Track, ‘I’m Available’
The music gods must have heard us wondering why female Nigerian artists rarely ever collaborate with each other, because here we are with a song by Waje and Yemi Alade!
This is not the first time Waje has brought some girl power into the music industry as she did on “Onye” with Tiwa Savage. Now, we have a brand new collaboration with Yemi Alade on “I’m available“.
The track is no musical masterpiece, but it will definitely gain some traction given that it has two female bigwigs in the music industry. The fast-paced beat is super catchy, and will definitely be received well by the Nigerian audience.
On “I’m Available”, Yemi Alade and Waje sing about how they want to love their baby, and that they want to give him all he needs… groundbreaking. One good thing about the song is that the two artists stay true to their sound, and complement each other really well. So much so that at first, we couldn’t tell who was singing which part!
I guess we asked for this so we shouldn’t complain, so let’s just hope for a better track next time while the gods are still on our side!
