Tecno Mobile Sponsors the First Ever ‘Superbike and Motor Racing’ Championship on Nigeria’s largest racetrack
Talk of fast cars and superbikes, Nigeria hosted West Africa’s first Superbike and Motor Racing Championship in Benin City over the weekend. The spectacular event attracted superbike and motor racing champions from across the world to feature in the competition, which was sponsored by Africa’s leading smartphone brand – TECNO Mobile.
The race which is a solo time trial race over a 33KM distance on a 300 arce land owned by Motorsport Raceway in Evbuobanosa is ran through the supporting villages of Urhonigbe, Uromehe, Evbonogbon, Obazagbon, Umughun, Ogba, Ugo, Egbokor and Ugbokirima in Orhiomwon LGA of Edo State. Winners at the championship were rewarded with several exciting gift items including the Phantom 8.
