Here’s All We Know About Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde’s Next Movie Project

Following a painfully long 3-year hiatus, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde returned with a veritable bang. She quickly reminded us why she’s one of Nollywood’s most iconic actresses with powerhouse performances in Moses Inwang’s Alter Ego and Kunle Afolayan’s Tribunal.

Thankfully, Omotola’s reps just revealed that the actress already has another movie project in the works – so we won’t have to wait too long to see her blistering talent on the big screen.

She recently met with acclaimed Yoruba filmmaker Yemi Amodu (Obinrin Ale, Asoko Peye) to sign the contract for what is sure to be her next big project, the political thriller Shadow Parties.

The movie is said to revolve around a host of themes from inter-communal marriages to the always-entertaining world of Nigerian politics. While we don’t know much else about the movie, we are sure of one thing: Omotola is going to kill it.
