2Baba Throws A Star-Studded House Party For His ‘Gaga Shuffle’ Music Video
Just like his new stage name, none of 2Face’s 2Baba’s newest singles have stuck. While his more conscious stuff definitely still packs a punch – “Holy Holy” is brilliant – when he strays too far away from that, we are left with serious duds.
Well, after his unsuccessful attempt with “Amplifier”, we think 2Baba might have finally gotten the hang of this uninspired afropop thing with his newest single, “Gaga Shuffle”.
udging the song purely off 2Baba’s intent, “Gaga Shuffle” is exactly what it needs to be: A pretty well-produced track with a repetitive, catchy chorus that will sound infinitely better once you’re liquored up on a dance floor.
The music video also makes it abundantly clear that this is a party song and not much else. Directed by Unlimited L.A, the video is one big epic house party with a bunch of famous faces showing up, including Tiwa Savage, Olu Mantain, AY Makun, Paul Okoye and more.
