Startup Open Global Competition 2017 for Young Entrepreneurs #Funded to GEC 2018 in Istanbul,Turkey @unleashingideas
Startup Open is a global competition that is open to entrepreneurs from any industry with a new business that has yet to raise any outside capital from angel investors, venture capital firms or other formal sources of seed funding. More than 1,000 teams applied to compete in 2017.
Startup Open is now accepting applications for the 2017 competition! The last day to submit a complete application is September 30, 2017. The finalists will be announced during Global Entrepreneurship Week November 13th-19th where they will have the opportunity to participate in the GEW People’s Choice, and engage with VIP mentors and coaches in December to get feedback on their challenges.

- May 01: Online Application Officially Opens
- September 30: Deadline for Applications
- September 08: GEW People’s Choice FInalist Submissions
- November 13-19: GEW People’s Choice Voting
- November 20: Finalists Paired with GEN Mentors for Feedback
- January 15: Startup Open Global Champion Announced
