NPFL: Igali calls for support as Bayelsa United host Kano Pillars

In an effort to rally support for Bayelsa United, the Honourable Commissioner for Sports Development, Bayelsa State, Daniel Igali, has urged on Bayelsans to turn out in large numbers to cheer the team in their match-day-2 NPFL tie against Kano Pillars in Yenagoa.

Daniel Igali, in a personal statement made on Sunday, stated that Bayelsa United requires all possible support in order to win, particularly from the Bayelsa people.

Bayelsa United, who are now 19th in the NPFL standings with no points after losing their first game to Sunshine Stars, will host Kano Pillars on Sunday at 4pm at the Samson Siasia Stadium.

According to Igali, it would be a major advantage for the Prosperity Boys if Bayelsans came out in large numbers to support.
