Everton and Anderlecht Extend Henry Onyekuru’s Loan Deal
Anderlecht and Everton have reached an agreement to extend the loan deal of Henry Onyekuru for another season.
According to Het Laatste Nieuws, the deal with the Nigeria international is almost done thought it is believed that Onyekuru will only wear the Purple and White shirt for another year if Anderlecht qualifies for the Champions League.
Henry was moved out on loan to Anderlecht from Everton immediately after his move from Belgian AS Eupen as he failed to secure a work permit due to his inactivity for the Nigerian national team.
He had made his mark for the club, scoring ten goals in all competitions, until he suffered a serious knee injury against his former team, KAS Eupen, in December 2017.
Rohr will be monitoring the forward this weekend when Onyekuru will feature for his club Anderlecht against Club Brugge in the playoffs.
