Oluyinka Kumapayi Shares Her Story of How She Overcame Polycystic Ovary Syndrome To Have Her Own Children!

When Oluyinka Kumapayi got married in 2012, she didn’t think she was going to have any issues with having babies. In fact, when she realised her stomach was protruding and she was getting fatter, she assured herself of being pregnant, but saw a doctor to confirm.

Surprisingly, she was told she had Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and may not be able to have children, as she was not ovulating.

Later, she saw her period but she always bled between 30 to 90 days and her prayers went from having a baby to her blood flow stopping.

She got tired of the situation especially when the doctor told her she was anemic, so, she said a prayer, “If God didn’t need a sperm to have Jesus, I don’t need to ovulate to have a baby,” confirmed by her husband that she would carry a child.

In faith, she did a pregnancy test and it came out positive. She welcomed her son in August 2014.

The couple tried again and this time, they have twin children!
