John Boyega Has Met With Marvel To Discuss Playing A Superhero
It’s safe to say the world is totally obsessed with John Boyega. Seeing the talented and charismatic British-Nigerian anchor two massive franchises — Star Wars and Pacific Rim — is still clearly not enough for his hungry fans.

Not only was he heavily rumoured to star in Marvel‘s latest hit, Black Panther, his fans have made it pretty clear they’d like to see him either be the next James Bond, play John Stewart/Green Lantern or replace Wesley Snipes as Blade.
While Boyega has said on multiple occasions that he doesn’t think anyone can replace Wesley Snipes as Blade, that doesn’t mean the actor doesn’t have plans to eventually appear in the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe.
During his appearance at Awesome Con over the weekend, Boyega revealed he’s already had meetings with Marvel about potentially playing a superhero and while he’s currently focused on Star Wars, it’s something that will be happening “down the line”.
With news that Marvel is planning 20 new movies after Avengers 4, Boyega will definitely have a lot of options to choose from when the time eventually comes — anyone from the powerful Doctor Voodoo to the heroic Black Goliath. So, are you as hyped about the idea as we are?
