Watch Simi Escape The Friend Zone In Her Video For ‘One Kain’

Simi had a great 2017 which saw the release of her incredible self-titled album, Simisola. The album featured stand out songs like “Owanbe”, “Joromi”, “Take Me Back” and “One Kain” – which has just got an engaging music video and we love it.

“One Kain” was one of the stand out songs off Simisola, where Simi sings about falling in love with her friend and she’s not sure whether he feels the same way. She talks about wanting him to be her lover, and also that he makes her feel one kind about it, because they’re supposed to be friends.

In the entertaining video, Simi is in love with her colleague who ignores her at work but spends time with her in private. By the end of it, the tables turn where she escapes the friend zone and finds herself a new work bae.
