Watch The Teaser For Tope Oshin’s Upcoming Movie, ‘New Money’ starring Falz, Dakore Egbuson, Kate Henshaw

With feet firmly rooted in both film and TV, multiple award-winning filmmaker Tope Oshin has earned her girl boss status by directing several episodes of the entertaining soap opera Tinsel and M-Net’s telenovela Hotel Majestic. 

She is now adding a new romantic comedy, New Money to her impressive resumé set for release on March 23.

Given that the movie is by Film One, the people of The Wedding Party and My Wife & I, we already know that this is about to be a Nollywood win.

Directed by Tope Oshin, the movie poster shows a girl torn between two worlds, which sums up the plot of the movie quite perfectly. Toun, who has grown up poor, is thrown into a new world when her father comes looking for her to run his company. Her life changes entirely, and she is exposed to an entirely different lifestyle than she knows.

New Money stars Nollywood faves like Dakore Egbuson, Kate Henshaw, Wale Ojo, Adeolu Adefarasin, Zainab Balogun and many more. As an added bonus, Falz will be returning to Nollywood in this film, playing the main character’s boyfriend!
