“17hours Of Labour On The 17th Day At 39weeks And 6 Days, God Sent Us An Angel” – Benita Okojie Talks About The Supernatural Birth Of Her Baby
Child star, Benita Okojie-Adeyinna is now a mother! Married to her husband in November 2016, she welcomed her baby in October 2017.
With some experiences of her own as regards childbirth, Benita confirms that conception, carrying a child for nine months and delivery is a mystery only God can solve.
“Dear mothers, it’s just been a few days and I have to salute you. Motherhood is no joke but I’m grateful for every stage and support I have been getting,” she said.
In an Instagram post, she gave a peek into the process of having her baby.
She wrote,
Today and everyday of my life. I will always remember when God sent our son to us. We had been praying for natural birth the moment we heard that I had taken in. As I got to my third trimester, the Holy Spirit laid it in my heart to specifically pray for “Supernatural delivery”. So we started praying.
By the time I was 38 weeks, I was ready for #BabyA to come out. I did all the excercises and dancing I could. Nothing! Nothing!
By the time I got to 39weeks, I started praying seriously. I didn’t want #BabyA to go past 40 weeks so my prayer point was ‘Lord, let him come before 40 weeks.’ It was a serious prayer point o. Body don dey too heavy to carry.
My God, Sovereign, Mighty, All Powerful, My father whose ears are not to heavy that He cannot hear, heard me and after 17hours of labour on the 17th day at 39weeks and 6 days, God sent us an angel, our son; Ayotunde Nathan.
He was born supernaturally indeed. Weighing 3.6kg at birth. The doctor asked, a 3.6kg baby came out of you? Even I couldn’t believe it, but I knew who did it. Jesus!!!!! To someone trusting God for a miracle. Keep trusting. Don’t doubt. Jesus will do it for you.
P.s During Delivery, I played a couple of songs that soaked the atmosphere with God’s word and promises. I’ll share them as it might be helpful to someone.

At 38 weeks and a few days. My Gynaecologist and doctor advised that I should take long walks and dance to aid baby A’s coming faster. There were times I even ran the stairs (carefully o)😂😂.My people, I tried but our prince came at God’s time. Dear mothers, it’s just been a few days and I have to salute you.
