’30 Days In Atlanta’ Duo, Ramsey Nouah & Ayo Makun Team Up For Another Comedy
In 2014, the hugely successful but critically panned comedy 30 Days in Atlanta not only birthed Nigeria’s very own Adam Sandler (not a compliment) but it seems to have given us an unlikely comedy duo: Ramsey Nouah and Ayo Makun.
Well, for better or worse, the duo is set to star in another comedy titled The Accidental Spy. The movie will follow “a tech-savvy Nigerian who becomes entangled in a reality show mix up with an infamous cartel, without even realizing it.”
Directed by newcomer Roger Russel and written by Darlington Abuda, the action comedy also stars South African comedian Thenjiwe Moseley, Rahama Sadau (Hakkunde), Bryan Okwara (Weekend Getaway) and more.
According to Ayo Makun, The Accidental Spy will hit theatres on December 1. You can check out the film’s frustratingly short 6-second teaser below:
