Wale, Wizkid & Dua Lipa Hit The Beach For ‘My Love’ Music Video

Following the release of the uninspired music video for “Fine Girl”, his collaboration with Olamide and Davido over a month ago, Wale is finally back with a much better music video for a much better song: “My Love” featuring Wizkid and Dua Lipa.

Off Wale’s fifth studio album, Shine, the Major Lazer-produced “My Love” is a perfectly assembled track – with flawless verses from both Wale and Dua Lipa (who is easily the best thing about the song); and a catchy, effortless chorus from Wizkid.

   

Thematically, the gorgeous music video is pretty simple – a choice it definitely benefits from. Directed by ACRS, the song’s trio spends all of the video’s runtime on the beach, surrounded by lush greenery and brightly-coloured backdrops.

“My Love” is fourth music video Wale has released off Shine – following “Fine Girl”, “Colombia Heights (Te Llamo)” and “Fashion Week” – and it might just be our favourite. Check out the music video below:
