Wande Coal Continues His Comeback On The Remix Of L.A.X’s ‘Run Away’
Following his smash hit “Iskaba”, his feature on D’Banj’s comeback single, “It’s Not A Lie”, and his solid collaboration with Phyno on “Zamo Zamo”, it’s pretty clear that the renaissance of Wande Coal is well and truly upon us.
The “Ballerz” singer continues his comeback by featuring on the remix of L.A.X‘s solid but underheard single, “Run Away” – and he totally dominates the song.
Produced by Spotless, while the original track never really got the attention it deserved, it’s still one of the strongest songs of the year. The catchy love song is definitely the best thing L.A.X has done since he left Wizkid’s Starboy records.
The remix then takes the whole thing up a notch with Wande Coal bringing the same flow that made “Iskaba” such an instant hit. Wande Coal has said he will be releasing music on his newly-opened SoundCloud account, and this “Run Away” remix certainly gets us hyped for it.
