Watch Adekunle Gold Serenade His ‘Only Girl’ In His New Video

It’s safe to say that Adekunle Gold is the current king of  ‘romantic highlife’ as he beautifully fuses contemporary pop music with the highlife genre.

From hit singles like “Orente” and “Sade” to album favourites like “Nurse Alabere”, Adekunle Gold knows how to make stellar romantic ballads for his adoring audience. And with his most recent single since his departure from YBNL, he continues along this winning streak with the video for “Only Girl” featuring Moelogo.

Directed by Moe Musa, and shot in St John’s Wood London, the video for “Only Girl” shows Adekunle Gold serenading his love interest (Bisi Akins, Miss Nigeria UK 2014) around the city and also by the famous Abbey Road , known for its music studio and the iconic 1969 album cover by The Beatles.
