VIDEO: Adekunle Gold preaches the gospel of hard ‘work’

Award-winning urban highlife and R&B singer Adekunle Gold has released the video of ‘Work,’ one of the hit songs on his ‘Gold’ album.

The video projects the realities of the Nigerian worker; from the street hawker to the man in the office.

‘Work’ was directed by Moe Musa and shot at Elegushi Beach Lekki, Lagos Island.

Produced by B. Banks, “Work” is a stunning song that extols the value of hard work and the importance of making economically sound lifestyle choices.

Speaking on his Instagram about the track, Adekunle said:

“The value of hard work my country people have to put in daily to survive cannot be dulled down.

I respect your every profession no matter how little and I am thankful for you keeping our country running in spite of it all.”
